Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-voltage power systems for renewable energy storage solutions
- Lead PCB layout and schematic design using Altium Designer and Cadence
- Perform thermal analysis and EMI/EMC compliance testing
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Collaborate with firmware teams on embedded system integration
- Optimize power conversion efficiency for commercial-scale installations
- Stay current with IEEE standards and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience
- Expertise in power electronics (buck/boost converters, inverters)
- Proficiency in simulation tools (PSIM, SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink)
- Strong knowledge of UL 1741 and NEC Article 705 standards
- Experience with Li-ion battery management systems
- Proven track record in product lifecycle management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
