Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems for consumer electronics and industrial applications
- Lead PCB layout and schematic capture using Altium Designer and Cadence tools
- Conduct power electronics analysis and optimization for energy-efficient designs
- Collaborate with firmware teams on embedded system integration and validation
- Perform EMI/EMC compliance testing and troubleshooting
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Present technical findings to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in electrical design and product development
- Expertise in high-speed digital design, analog circuits, and power electronics
- Proficiency with simulation tools (SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) and lab equipment
- Strong knowledge of IPC standards and manufacturing processes
- Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept to production
- Certification in Six Sigma or PMP highly desirable
