Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage electrical systems for industrial and commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing sustainable energy storage solutions
- Perform power system analysis using ETAP/PSS®E simulation software
- Ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, and international electrical standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical design reviews
- Develop cost-effective solutions for complex electrical infrastructure challenges
- Collaborate with procurement teams on component sourcing and vendor management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power systems design and industrial applications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Expertise in AutoCAD Electrical and EPLAN software
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy integration and grid-tied systems
- Experience with SCADA systems and industrial automation protocols
- Proven track record leading complex electrical projects from concept to completion
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
