We seek a visionary Senior Electrical Engineer to design and optimize high-voltage systems while mentoring junior engineers in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and validation of complex electrical systems for solar inverters and energy storage solutions
- Develop PCB layouts using Altium Designer and perform SPICE simulations for circuit optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware with IoT and AI control systems
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, UL, and IEC standards for safety and performance
- Document technical specifications and create detailed test procedures for new prototypes
- Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and technical training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics design and high-voltage systems
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, MATLAB/Simulink, and PSpice simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of three-phase systems, motor drives, and grid-tied inverters
- Experience with thermal management and EMI/EMC compliance testing
- Proven track record of delivering projects from concept to production
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
