Responsibilities
- Design and implement power electronics circuits for renewable energy systems
- Lead feasibility studies and technical documentation for high-voltage projects
- Collaborate with software teams to develop embedded control systems
- Conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance analysis
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical specifications
- Optimize system performance using simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink)
- Manage project timelines and budgets for assigned engineering deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power systems or renewable energy engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility
- Expertise in AutoCAD Electrical and EDA software
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards and NEC regulations
- Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems
- Proven track record in leading complex technical projects
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
