Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of complex PCB layouts and circuit schematics using industry-standard tools such as Altium Designer and Cadence.
- Conduct thorough circuit analysis, simulation, and validation to ensure product reliability and performance under various operating conditions.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate closely with firmware and mechanical teams to integrate hardware solutions seamlessly.
- Manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) process, including vendor selection, cost optimization, and supply chain logistics.
- Troubleshoot and debug prototype hardware, documenting findings and driving iterative improvements.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in hardware design and development.
- Strong proficiency in analog and digital circuit design with hands-on experience in power electronics.
- Expert knowledge of embedded systems and programming languages such as C, C++, or Python.
- Proven experience with EDA tools (Altium, OrCAD, PSpice) and mechanical design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agile environment.
