Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including MRT extensions, coastal protection works, and smart city developments
- Perform advanced structural analysis using BIM software and ensure compliance with Singapore Building Code and BC 2/2013 standards
- Manage project lifecycle from feasibility studies to commissioning, coordinating with contractors and regulatory bodies
- Develop innovative sustainable solutions for flood mitigation and land reclamation projects
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct site inspections for quality assurance
- Prepare technical documentation and tender specifications for government tenders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure development with 3+ years in Singapore
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent from Singapore's Board of Engineers
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and structural analysis software
- Proven track record in managing projects valued above S$50 million
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles and soil mechanics
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
