Responsibilities
- Design and optimize electrical systems for renewable energy integration
- Lead hardware development of IoT-enabled power monitoring devices
- Perform complex circuit analysis using SPICE and MATLAB simulations
- Ensure compliance with IEEE 1547 and NEC standards
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and code audits
- Collaborate with software teams on firmware-hardware interfaces
- Present technical findings to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Expertise in Altium Designer and PCB layout tools
- Strong understanding of three-phase power systems
- Experience with embedded C/C++ for firmware development
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Demonstrated project leadership in agile environments
