Responsibilities
- Lead electrical system architecture design for industrial IoT devices
- Develop PCB schematics and layouts using Altium Designer
- Perform power analysis and thermal modeling for high-efficiency systems
- Collaborate with firmware engineers on embedded system integration
- Conduct EMC/EMI compliance testing and certification
- Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and technical guidance
- Document technical specifications and create design validation plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in hardware design for embedded systems
- Expertise in high-speed digital design and power electronics
- Proficiency with PCB design tools (Altium/Cadence)
- Familiarity with ISO 13485/62304 medical device standards
- Strong analytical skills for signal integrity and failure analysis
- Proven track record in bringing products from concept to production
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
