Responsibilities
- Lead design and optimization of high-voltage power distribution systems
- Develop PCB layouts and circuit schematics for energy storage solutions
- Perform electromagnetic interference (EMI) testing and mitigation analysis
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with IEEE standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical feasibility studies
- Implement automation controls for smart grid infrastructure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power systems or renewable energy
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MATLAB, and SPICE simulation tools
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Expertise in NEC/NFPA 70E compliance standards
- Strong background in three-phase power electronics
- Proven project management with PMP certification
