Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage power distribution systems for industrial and commercial applications
- Lead PCB layout and circuit design for IoT sensor networks and automation systems
- Conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance validation
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation for regulatory standards
- Develop firmware interfaces for embedded control systems using C/C++
- Analyze power consumption metrics and implement energy-efficient solutions
- Collaborate with R&D on prototype development and rapid iteration cycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics and embedded systems design
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong knowledge of IEEE 1584 arc flash standards and NEC compliance
- Experience with renewable energy integration (solar/wind inverters)
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process excellence
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional technical projects
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical data analysis
