Responsibilities
- Design and optimize electrical schematics for solar inverters and battery storage systems
- Lead PCB layout and validation for high-efficiency power electronics
- Conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance analysis
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Collaborate with firmware teams on embedded system integration
- Analyze thermal management solutions for high-power applications
- Develop cost-effective manufacturing processes for mass production
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Proficiency in Altium Designer and SPICE simulation tools
- Strong understanding of IEEE 1547 and UL 1741 standards
- Experience with three-phase inverter topologies
- Expertise in thermal modeling and heat sink design
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
