Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electrical design projects from concept to production, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and validation
- Develop and optimize power electronics systems for efficiency and reliability
- Perform signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC compliance testing
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to ensure design quality
- Interface with suppliers to source components and manage supply chain logistics
- Document designs comprehensively with test plans, BOMs, and manufacturing specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience in embedded systems and PCB design
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or equivalent EDA tools
- Expertise in high-speed digital design and analog circuit analysis
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (UL, CE, FCC)
- Experience leading cross-functional technical projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
