Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electrical system design from concept validation through prototyping and production
- Develop and optimize PCB layouts for high-speed digital and power electronics circuits
- Perform signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC compliance testing
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to ensure quality standards
- Interface with suppliers to source components and negotiate technical specifications
- Document design processes and create comprehensive technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics and embedded systems design
- Proficiency with Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Deep understanding of IEEE standards and regulatory requirements (FCC, CE, UL)
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex hardware issues
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready electronic products
- Experience with renewable energy systems or IoT device architecture
