Responsibilities

- Lead firmware integration for embedded electrical systems
- Perform thermal analysis and reliability modeling for high-voltage components
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Research emerging technologies in power electronics and automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power systems design or IoT hardware development
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling and simulation
- Certification in NFPA 70E or equivalent electrical safety standards
- Demonstrated experience with renewable energy integration systems
- Strong analytical skills with FMEA and root cause analysis expertise
- Excellent project management skills using Agile methodologies
- Published IEEE papers or patents a significant plus
