Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-efficiency power electronic circuits for renewable energy systems
- Lead PCB layout and validation using Altium Designer and Cadence tools
- Conduct thermal analysis and EMC/EMI testing compliance
- Mentor junior engineers and cross-functional project teams
- Research emerging semiconductor technologies and industry trends
- Prepare technical documentation and patent disclosures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Expertise in 3-phase inverters, DC-DC converters, and MPPT algorithms
- Proficiency with simulation tools (PSIM, MATLAB/Simulink)
- Familiarity with UL 1741 and IEEE 1547 standards
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Experience leading hardware validation and reliability testing
