Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems for renewable energy storage and distribution
- Lead PCB layout and schematic design for high-efficiency power electronics
- Perform rigorous testing and validation of electrical components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on hardware-software integration
- Ensure compliance with IEEE and IEC safety standards
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Proficiency in Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling
- Certification in NFPA 70E or equivalent safety standards
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex circuits
- Experience with embedded C/C++ firmware development
- Demonstrated success in bringing products from prototype to production
