Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-voltage power electronics systems for EV charging infrastructure
- Lead PCB layout and component selection for industrial control systems
- Perform thermal and electromagnetic compatibility analysis using ANSYS/Simulink
- Collaborate with firmware engineers on embedded system integration
- Document technical specifications and validate designs through prototyping
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Expertise in Altium Designer and AutoCAD Electrical
- Strong knowledge of IEEE 1584 and IEC 62368 standards
- Experience with high-frequency switching converters (>100kHz)
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready hardware
