Responsibilities
- Design and validate complex electrical systems for industrial automation
- Lead PCB layout and schematic development using Altium Designer
- Conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and code audits
- Collaborate with software teams on embedded firmware integration
- Document technical specifications and create detailed test reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and SPICE simulation tools
- Certification in IPC-2221 PCB design standards
- Experience with renewable energy systems or automotive electronics
- Demonstrated project leadership in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
