Responsibilities
- Lead design and validation of PCB assemblies for avionics control systems
- Develop embedded firmware for real-time power management and sensor integration
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance analysis
- Create detailed schematics and technical documentation per DO-254 standards
- Optimize power distribution networks for maximum efficiency in harsh environments
- Coordinate with mechanical teams for thermal management solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in aerospace or high-reliability electronics
- Expertise in Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro for PCB layout
- Strong knowledge of DO-160 environmental testing requirements
- Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems programming
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling
- Active FAA or EASA certification a plus
