Responsibilities
- Lead design and validation of high-voltage power distribution systems for solar/wind farms
- Develop PCB schematics using Altium Designer and perform signal integrity analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on hardware integration and prototype testing
- Create detailed technical documentation and compliance reports (UL/IEC standards)
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews for continuous improvement
- Analyze system performance data to optimize energy efficiency and reliability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of power systems experience
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for power electronics simulation
- Certification in IEEE 1547 or UL 1741 standards preferred
- Expertise in three-phase AC/DC conversion and energy storage systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in thermal and electromagnetic modeling
- Track record of delivering hardware projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations and technical documentation
