Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-voltage power distribution systems for renewable energy projects
- Lead PCB layout and schematic design for industrial control systems
- Perform circuit analysis and validation using SPICE and simulation tools
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews for quality assurance
- Develop compliance documentation for UL/IEC standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on integrated system architecture
- Research emerging technologies in power electronics and energy storage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power systems or industrial automation
- Expertise in AutoCAD Electrical and Altium Designer
- Strong knowledge of three-phase systems and power factor correction
- Experience with embedded C programming for microcontrollers
- Certification in PE or IEEE Power Engineering
- Proven track record in project leadership and stakeholder management
