Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-voltage power systems for EV charging infrastructure and grid-scale energy storage
- Lead PCB layout and component selection for 3-phase inverters and battery management systems
- Perform thermal analysis and EMI/EMC compliance testing using ANSYS and LabVIEW
- Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and technical documentation
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on thermal management solutions
- Validate prototypes through rigorous testing and failure analysis
- Drive continuous improvement in design efficiency and manufacturing processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of power electronics experience
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink modeling and simulation of power systems
- Strong proficiency in Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro for PCB design
- Certified in ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) or ASIL standards
- Proven track record in high-voltage (600V+) system integration
- Experience with automotive or energy storage industry regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Strong leadership experience with cross-functional teams
