Responsibilities
- Design and optimize electrical systems for renewable energy projects including solar inverters and battery storage solutions
- Lead PCB layout and schematic design for high-voltage power electronics
- Conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance validation
- Develop firmware and embedded software for control systems using C/C++
- Analyze power distribution networks and improve energy efficiency metrics
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on thermal management solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience
- Expertise in power electronics design (switch-mode power supplies, DC-DC converters)
- Proficiency with CAD tools (Altium Designer, OrCAD) and simulation software (PSpice, MATLAB)
- Strong understanding of IEEE standards and safety regulations (UL 1741, NEC)
- Experience with embedded systems and real-time operating systems (RTOS)
- Proven track record in bringing complex projects from prototype to production
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
