Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-voltage power distribution systems for commercial applications
- Lead PCB layout and schematic capture using Altium Designer and Cadence
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance analysis
- Collaborate with firmware engineers on embedded system integration
- Document technical specifications and create detailed project documentation
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics or industrial automation
- Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink and SPICE simulation tools
- Strong understanding of IEEE standards and NEC regulations
- Experience with renewable energy system integration
- Certified Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Proven track record of bringing products from concept to production
