Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems for renewable energy projects
- Lead PCB layout and validation for high-power electronics
- Conduct rigorous EMC/EMI testing and compliance analysis
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Optimize circuit designs for cost, performance, and manufacturability
- Interface with clients to define technical specifications and deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics or energy systems
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Altium Designer, or similar tools
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards and safety protocols
- Experience with embedded systems and firmware integration
- Proven project leadership in cross-functional teams
- PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months
