Responsibilities
- Lead design and validation of high-voltage power systems for renewable energy integration
- Develop PCB layouts and schematics using Altium Designer and Cadence tools
- Perform signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC compliance testing
- Mentor junior engineers and cross-functional teams on best practices
- Collaborate with firmware teams on embedded system integration
- Drive innovation in thermal management and power conversion efficiency
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within Agile frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics and PCB design
- Expertise in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards and safety regulations
- Proven track record of bringing hardware products from concept to production
- Experience with renewable energy systems and grid-tied inverters
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical leadership abilities
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
