Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage electrical systems for renewable energy integration
- Lead PCB layout and validation for industrial control systems
- Develop power electronics solutions for EV charging infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system architecture and compliance
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Research emerging technologies in smart grid and energy storage
- Prepare detailed documentation and regulatory submissions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink and PSpice simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards and NEC regulations
- Experience with 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks/Eagle)
- Proven track record in hardware bring-up and validation
- Professional Engineering (PE) license required
