Responsibilities
- Design and optimize complex electrical systems for aerospace applications
- Lead PCB layout and schematic development using Altium Designer
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of high-voltage power systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on embedded firmware integration
- Ensure compliance with FAA and DO-160 aerospace standards
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in aerospace/defense electrical systems
- Expertise in power electronics and high-frequency PCB design
- Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink and SPICE simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance testing methodologies
- Experience with DO-254 and ARP4754A certification processes
