Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage power distribution systems for renewable energy integration
- Lead PCB development and validation for IoT-enabled monitoring devices
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews of design documentation
- Develop cost-effective solutions meeting UL/IEC safety standards
- Collaborate with firmware teams on embedded system integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics or smart grid systems
- Proficiency in Altium Designer and MATLAB/Simulink
- Certification in PE (Professional Engineer) or equivalent
- Expertise in EMC/EMI compliance testing methodologies
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex circuit failures
- Experience with ISO 13485 or similar quality management systems
