Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of high-voltage power distribution systems
- Develop advanced control algorithms for smart grid integration
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance analysis
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Optimize PCB layouts for high-frequency applications
- Drive R&D initiatives in energy storage solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product lifecycle management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited institution
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics or renewable energy systems
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and Cadence Allegro
- Deep understanding of IEEE 1547 and NEC standards
- Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
