Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electrical system design, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and validation testing
- Develop and implement power distribution systems for high-reliability industrial applications
- Conduct signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC compliance testing
- Mentor junior engineers and optimize design workflows using CAD tools
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on integrated product development
- Research and apply emerging technologies in power electronics and embedded systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in industrial electrical systems design
- Expertise in Altium Designer, AutoCAD Electrical, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong knowledge of IEC/UL safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Proven track record in high-volume product development lifecycle
- Certification in Six Sigma or PMP highly desirable
