Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, and industry safety standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power systems or renewable energy
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Expertise in AutoCAD, MATLAB, and power simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of grid interconnection standards and protocols
- Experience with energy storage system integration
- Proven track record of managing large-scale electrical projects
