Responsibilities
- Design and optimize complex electrical systems for renewable energy installations
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing innovative power distribution solutions
- Conduct feasibility studies and performance analysis for large-scale electrical projects
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, and international electrical standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews of design documentation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen energy storage systems
- Present technical findings to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power systems design and implementation
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification
- Expertise in AutoCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, and PLC programming
- Proven track record with high-voltage transmission projects
- Strong analytical skills for solving complex electrical challenges
- Experience leading projects with budgets exceeding $5M
- Knowledge of renewable energy integration and smart grid technologies
