Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems including PCB layouts, schematics, and firmware integration
- Lead power electronics optimization for renewable energy storage systems
- Perform detailed circuit analysis using SPICE simulation tools and validate prototypes
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews for design compliance
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on electromechanical system integration
- Ensure compliance with UL/IEC standards and industry best practices
- Document technical specifications and create comprehensive design documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics and embedded systems design
- Expertise in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong knowledge of EMC/EMI compliance testing and mitigation techniques
- Proven experience with microcontroller programming (ARM, PIC, DSP)
- Experience leading projects from concept to production deployment
- Strong analytical skills with ability to solve complex technical challenges
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
