We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to design, test, and integrate advanced power distribution systems for our next-generation battery storage projects. Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust power distribution circuits and control systems for industrial-grade battery storage units.
- Perform comprehensive component selection, simulation, and thermal analysis to ensure long-term reliability.
- Lead the PCBA design process, collaborating with mechanical and firmware teams for seamless hardware integration.
- Conduct rigorous testing, debugging, and validation to meet UL, CE, and international safety standards.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, schematics, and BOMs for manufacturing scalability.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and perform high-level technical reviews of designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex hardware bottlenecks during the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in power electronics or hardware systems design.
- Expertise in PCB design tools such as Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro.
- Proficiency in simulation tools (LTspice, MATLAB/Simulink) for power circuit modeling.
- Deep understanding of safety standards related to high-voltage power systems (NEC, IEC, UL).
- Experience with embedded systems integration and communication protocols (CAN, I2C, SPI).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions in an agile environment.
