Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced electrical schematics and PCB layouts for high-power industrial equipment.
- Perform comprehensive circuit simulation, verification, and validation testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into cohesive product designs.
- Ensure compliance with international safety and quality standards (UL, IEC, IEEE).
- Lead root-cause analysis efforts for complex electrical failures and implement robust design fixes.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous design reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
- Manage technical documentation and BOM lifecycle in our PLM system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in electrical design.
- Expert proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar PCB design software.
- Strong background in power electronics, analog circuit design, and high-speed digital signals.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and testing protocols.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under strict timelines.
