Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with UL, IEC, and industry safety standards
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics or embedded systems
- Proficiency with MATLAB, Simulink, and SPICE simulation tools
- Expertise in Altium Designer or similar PCB design software
- Strong understanding of signal integrity and EMI/EMC principles
- Proven track record in product development from concept to production
