Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage power distribution systems for renewable energy integration
- Lead PCB layout and validation for industrial control systems
- Develop embedded firmware for smart grid communication protocols
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance analysis
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical feasibility studies
- Collaborate with product teams on system architecture and component selection
- Document technical specifications and create design documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics or smart grid systems
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and Altium Designer
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards (e.g., 1547, 519)
- Experience with embedded C programming for ARM processors
- Professional Engineering (PE) license required
- Proven track record of delivering complex electrical systems
- Experience with renewable energy integration technologies
