Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize electrical systems for renewable energy storage solutions
- Lead PCB layout and schematic design using Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro
- Conduct comprehensive power electronics analysis and thermal management simulations
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex projects
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (IEC, UL, IEEE) and safety regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware with software systems
- Document technical specifications and create detailed test protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics and high-voltage systems
- Expert proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and SPICE simulation tools
- Proven track record with embedded systems and microcontroller programming
- Strong knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance testing methodologies
- Experience leading projects from concept to production launch
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with complex electrical systems
