Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
- Expertise in power electronics, motor drives, and energy storage systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, and circuit simulation tools
- Experience with renewable energy systems integration (solar, wind, battery)
- Strong analytical skills for complex system troubleshooting
- Demonstrated project leadership in industrial or utility-scale projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
