Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced electrical systems for renewable energy integration
- Lead PCB layout and circuit design for high-efficiency power electronics
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for electrical infrastructure projects
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional project teams
- Ensure compliance with IEEE standards and industry safety protocols
- Implement automation solutions for electrical testing and validation processes
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype innovative power management systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power systems or renewable energy engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, and Altium Designer
- Strong knowledge of three-phase systems, motor drives, and energy storage
- Experience with HVDC transmission and smart grid technologies
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Proven track record of leading complex electrical projects from concept to deployment
