Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage electrical systems for renewable energy integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen power electronics solutions
- Conduct advanced circuit simulations and performance analysis using SPICE/PSIM
- Validate prototypes through rigorous testing and compliance verification
- Develop technical documentation and IP protection strategies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of power systems experience
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink and PCB design software (Altium/Cadence)
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards and safety protocols
- Proven track record in high-frequency converter design
- Experience with thermal management and EMI/EMC compliance
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
- Proficiency in Python for automation and data analysis
