Responsibilities
- Design and optimize power electronics circuits including inverters, converters, and battery management systems
- Lead PCB layout and schematic design using Altium Designer and Cadence tools
- Perform signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC testing compliance
- Develop firmware for embedded control systems using C/C++
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on thermal management solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews
- Document technical specifications and validate prototypes through rigorous testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design for renewable energy systems
- Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium/Cadence) and simulation software (PSpice/Simulink)
- Strong knowledge of embedded C programming and real-time operating systems
- Experience with EMI/EMC testing standards and compliance
- Proven track record of bringing products from prototype to production
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
