Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-voltage electrical systems for renewable energy integration
- Lead PLC/HMI programming for industrial automation projects
- Perform power system analysis using ETAP and PSS/E software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on prototype development and testing
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, and international safety standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power systems design
- Expertise in AutoCAD Electrical and EPLAN software
- Strong knowledge of three-phase power distribution and SCADA systems
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with energy storage systems and microgrids
- Proven project management skills with PMP certification
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical documentation skills
