Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage electrical systems for renewable energy integration
- Lead PCB layout and schematic development for power electronics components
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance analysis
- Develop firmware for embedded control systems using C++/Python
- Conduct failure mode analysis and root cause investigations
- Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and technical guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics or grid infrastructure
- Expertise in AutoCAD Electrical and MATLAB/Simulink
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proficiency with Altium Designer or equivalent PCB tools
- Strong analytical skills with FMEA/FTA methodologies
- Experience with IEEE 1547 and UL 1741 standards
