Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage electrical systems for renewable energy integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing innovative power electronics solutions
- Perform advanced circuit analysis and electromagnetic field simulations
- Ensure compliance with IEEE standards and regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and design validation
- Develop patent-pending technologies in energy storage systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on PCB layouts and component selection
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of experience
- Expertise in power electronics, motor drives, and grid-tied inverters
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, and Cadence Allegro
- Strong knowledge of NEC, IEC, and UL 1741 standards
- Proven experience with high-power (>1MW) system integration
- Experience with embedded systems and firmware development
- PE license preferred
