Responsibilities
- Design and validate high-efficiency power electronics circuits for renewable energy systems
- Lead PCB layout and thermal management solutions for high-power applications
- Develop embedded firmware for real-time control systems using C/C++
- Perform SPICE simulations and prototype testing for 3-phase inverters
- Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in electrical safety standards
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on integrated system designs
- Document technical specifications and prepare patent applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink and SPICE simulation tools
- Proficiency in Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro
- Strong knowledge of IEC 62109 and UL 1741 safety standards
- Experience with three-phase inverter topologies
- Proven track record of bringing products from concept to production
- Excellent problem-solving skills for EMI/EMC challenges
