Responsibilities
- Design and optimize complex electrical systems including power distribution, circuit protection, and embedded controllers
- Lead PCB layout and schematic development using Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and failure analysis of electrical components
- Collaborate with mechanical and software teams on integrated system architecture
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation and compliance reports
- Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in electrical design
- Research emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics or embedded systems design
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE simulation, and PCB design tools
- Strong understanding of UL/IEC standards and regulatory requirements
- Experience with renewable energy systems or battery management systems
- Demonstrated expertise in signal integrity and EMI/EMC compliance
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities and collaborative mindset
