Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design of high-voltage power distribution systems and embedded electronics.
  • Develop and review detailed PCB schematics and layouts using industry-standard tools like Altium Designer and Cadence.
  • Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and reliability analysis of electrical components and assemblies.
  • Collaborate closely with firmware and software engineers to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including BOMs, schematics, and test reports.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and participate in architectural decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical system design and PCB development.
  • Proven expertise in power electronics, signal integrity, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
